Mueller Garage Apartment Available for Short Term Lease

update – this is leased now!

I have a Mueller landlord looking for a short term tenant in their carriage house / garage apartment.

The apartment is a self-contained efficiency unit right across from the pool and Ella Wooten park.

• 1 bed

• 1 bath

• 528sqft per TCAD

• Stackable washer / dryer

• Trash, recycling, hot water, electricity, water included

• Available for 3 month lease term and then possibly month to month

• Includes use of pool

• $875 per month

• No pets allowed

It’s rare to see a short term lease for a garage apartment – most require a 12 month commitment. If you’re interested, please let me know. You can see more photos at the virtual tour -LEASED . See other Mueller Homes For Lease.
